Pinaree Sanpitak: BREAST STUPA COOKERY Market

May 23-25, 2013 at ROCKET

‘Breast Stupa Cookery’ is a culinary project launched in 2005 by a leading Thai artist Pinaree Sanpitak. This project simply asks people to use the breast stupa shaped cooking molds made in cast aluminum, glazed terra-cotta and other materials to create edible food as they wish. Food becomes the medium and connection and hopefully can connect, mend, blur all boundaries.


Three-days event ‘Breast Stupa Cookery Market’ this time invites three different food creators each day, who serve special dishes utilizing Pinaree’s cooking molds. Besides the cooking programs there’re also a display and sale of organic vegetables, wines, potted flowers and plants throughout the event. Please join us at our joyful market!

'Aux délices des seins – Manne Bar in ROCKET'

12:00-20:00 (last order 19:30), Special plates from 1,000yen, Tasting of selected Wines and Sakes.

'Workshop: Making breast-shaped steamed buns'
